• Go up the stairs and down the corridor to Reception

DEVONPORT:

Level 1, 66 Best Street,
Devonport. TAS.

Directions:

• Go up Best Street from the water
• Go past the Council Chambers, Harvey Norman and the Italian Restaurant
• 66 Best Street is a yellow building – Jet Set Travel is on the ground floor.
• Go up the stairs to Reception

BURNIE:

12 Reeve Street,
Burnie. TAS.

Directions:

• Turn off the Highway beside Australian Paper Mills into Reeve Street
• Look to the right and there is a brown brick building – 12 Reeve Street
• Go to the back of the building – the WHA entrance is there at the back.

LAUNCESTON:

• Entering from St John Street
• About 6 or so steps in on the right hand side, between 2 shops, there is a glass door, sign written with WHA and a Beauty businesses.
• Go through the door and up the stairs to the WHA Assessment Centre.

MELBOURNE:

• Between “Optus” and “The Freedom Machine”.
• Front door is down a short laneway between the 2 businesses.

SYDNEY:

• Between Martin Place and Hunter Street
• Slightly closer to Hunter Street
• Approximately 50 meters from Corner of Martin Place and Pitt Street
• ANZ Bank on the ground floor

External Assessments:

For a Health Assessment service where WHA do NOT currently have an Online facility, please contact WHA’s national booking centre

WHA will manage the booking/s for you.

WHA operates an external booking and reporting service for Pre Employment Health Assessments. The external bookings service provides a simple “one contact” for all assessment and billing requirements. This service currently manages bookings at over 400 locations around Australia, New Zealand and some other International sites.

Once a business is established as a client on the WHA system and all necessary information has been received, External Bookings are then most commonly made by emailing the request through to WHA. WHA will, in due course, contact the candidate for their availability and then book the assessment services for them. The booking information will then be sent through to the requesting party and the candidate will receive a verbal confirmation. The results may be reported on the same or next day - where possible. The originals of the results will be sent to WHA for quality checking and inputting on the WHA system.

All billing from the medical centre will be handled by WHA and WHA will in turn invoice the company that requested the assessment. The requesting organisation need only deal directly with WHA – a “one-stop shop”.

Onsite services

WHA can come to your work place to conduct most assessment services including – Pre and Ongoing Health Assessments, Hearing and Spirometry tests, Vaccinations and a range of Drug and Alcohol screening. WHA operates “flying squads” for special projects, which work on site, all over Australia.
