Three fundamental processes make up a quality pre-employment health assessment.

  1. 1. The QUESTIONAIRE and the reviewing and documentation of the provided information.
  2. 2. The medical and physical TESTING requested
  3. 3. Careful review of the proposed POSITION of employment before a recommendation is completed.

The WHA online system controls these three aspects tightly so that our clients know that ALL reports are consistently of the same high standard.

 

The assessments are all very customizable to suit any requirement – the interaction with the WHA system even provides the ability to have the employers company logo shown on all interactive pages of the system including all downloaded reports.

Bookings can either be made directly one line or by email or phone.  Generally speaking WHA will provide a booking within two working days, however may at time even be able to provide an appointment time within 24 hrs – all reports are available on the day of the assessment.

The WHA system will email the employer with a link to where the results can be downloaded into a pdf and either store electronically or printed.  The WHA system manages all information confidentially guaranteed.

WHA has a three-day training program for all assessors and regularly reviews competency standards and provides ongoing professional development for assessing staff.  The network of trained assessors also works as a large brains trust unit, which helps to provide one of the best knowledge banks in the industry.
